Through local and international collaboration, we provide essential resources such as education, shelter, nutritious food, and vocational training. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves equal opportunities, irrespective of their background.
We are committed to translating these beliefs into action, ensuring that our services reflect our core values. At Real Travel Nepal, we strive to deliver unparalleled experiences while making a tangible difference in the lives of those we support. Join us in shaping a brighter future for Nepal, where empowerment and equality pave the way for sustainable development and global competitiveness.
Charitable School
We founded Career Building International Academy (CBIA) in Pepsi-Cola Town Planning, Kathmandu, with a profound commitment to community development and creating brighter futures through accessible, high-quality education. CBIA currently serves over 1000 students aged 4 to 16 years old, offering a nurturing environment that welcomes children from diverse social and economic backgrounds.
Central to our mission is providing equal educational opportunities. CBIA supports 120 orphans and disadvantaged children through full scholarships, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to thrive academically and personally. Our goal is to empower every child with the tools and knowledge to succeed, fostering a community where education becomes a pathway to a better future for all.
Disability Center
In Nepal, a concerning number of children with disabilities and special needs, ranging from blindness and deafness to intellectual disabilities, face significant barriers to education. Currently, 30.6% of these children are out of school, with disparities noted between genders, where men are more likely to have disabilities than women. This gender gap underscores broader issues of discrimination and limited access to education and services, especially in rural areas where support systems are scarce.
Our center for children with intellectual disabilities provides a crucial refuge for 25 children whose families struggle financially. Rather than keeping these children isolated at home, our center offers them care and support. We are seeking support through small donations for essential materials and to organize social events that enrich their lives. Looking ahead, we aim to raise funds for a special Mini-van, which would greatly enhance our ability to transport children to and from the center, ensuring they receive the care and educational opportunities they deserve. Your contribution can make a profound difference in the lives of these children and their families, helping us build a more inclusive and supportive community.

Women's Empowerment Program
Women in Nepal face significant challenges, with limited access to education and burdened by multiple responsibilities, including caregiving and laborious tasks. Empowering these women is crucial, and education plays a pivotal role in fostering their independence and enhancing their opportunities. In 2017, through a generous donation, we established a center dedicated to women who lacked basic literacy and numeracy skills. This center not only teaches fundamental skills like reading, writing, and math but also offers English language instruction. Many of these women are over 30 years old, and for some, attending school marks their first experience of formal education. This initiative is not just about teaching academic skills; it's about empowering women to transform their lives, gain confidence, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Your support can help us continue this empowering journey, enabling more women to break barriers and realize their full potential.
