Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Dolalghat (3 hours)
Embark on a scenic three-hour drive from Kathmandu to Dolalghat, the starting point of our Sun Koshi rafting adventure. Enjoy breathtaking views of lush vegetation and magnificent landscapes along the way.
Day 2: Rafting from Dolalghat to Tama Koshi (4 hours)
After a hearty breakfast, we launch our rafting adventure. The journey takes us through thrilling rapids, including the famous “Meatgrinder.” We continue our exhilarating ride until we reach Tama Koshi, where we’ll set up camp for the night.
Day 3: Rafting from Tama Koshi to Likhu Khola (5 hours)
Our adventure resumes as we navigate the high waters of the Sun Koshi. Amidst the thrilling rapids, take moments to soak in the stunning natural beauty surrounding you. After several hours on the water, we arrive at Likhu Khola for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Rafting from Likhu Khola to Harkapur (6 hours)
Today promises to be the most challenging yet exciting part of our journey. We tackle intense rapids and navigate through narrow canyons and boulder-strewn passages. By the end of the day, we reach the quaint Harkapur Village.
Day 5: Rest Day

Day 6: Return to Kathmandu
On the final day of our adventure, we pack up after breakfast and drive back to Kathmandu. For those wanting to extend their adventure, options are available to continue to Pokhara or Chitwan National Park.
