Clients are solely responsible for managing their own papers, documents, and securing necessary visas. Real Journey Nepal cannot be held accountable in the event that trip formalities are not completed on time before departure, or if essential papers and documents are not obtained. It is important to ensure all required paperwork is in order well in advance to avoid any inconvenience during your journey with us.

At Real Journey Nepal, we prioritize your safety and enjoyment. In unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blockages, political unrest, or natural disasters, we may need to modify your trip without prior notice. While we strive to minimize these risks, any extra costs incurred due to such events are your responsibility. Rest assured, we are committed to transparently navigating challenges to ensure your experience in Nepal is safe and enjoyable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we overcome any obstacles that may arise during your journey.

Flight delays and cancellations are frequent in Nepal, particularly during certain seasons and in Himalayan regions affected by extreme weather conditions. We highly recommend planning for additional days to accommodate such possibilities and purchasing travel insurance before your trip to mitigate potential frustration.

In cases of flight cancellations before or after the tour, you will be responsible for covering costs related to food and accommodation. This preparation ensures you can navigate unexpected circumstances with greater ease and enjoy a smoother travel experience in Nepal.
